الخطأ أمر طبيعي جداً في حياة الإنسان، منه نتعلم ونكون… من الجهل أن نحرمه على أنفسنا وعلى الآخرين، ومن الغباء أوالجبن أن يمر بنا الخطأ مرور الكرام وكأن شيئاً لم يكن، ومن الغباء والجبن والجهل أن نكرر أخطاؤنا مراراً ومراراً ما حيينا
Educational Revolution Dream
I am a mother of two young boys.. I have suffered enough not to allow what happened to me to happen again to my children or any other children.. I have a revolutionary prjoect on mind and I’m seeking a school to adopt it.. I’m also seeking parents or non-parents who are sick of what is going on under the socalled ‘education system’ in Egypt.. and are willing to use creative new means and ways of education that opens up minds and hearts and doesn’t block them.. So far I have one German mother to support me, very few Egyptians waiting for what I will actually be able to do.. a lovely friend who’s going along by with me the road.. two professional trainers ready to teach or train other teachers through out our new educational road and a non-giving up mom who’s believes that is a mission for the sake of her boys, the two lovely gifts Allah has provided her.. I can’t fail Him and let them and their unlimited natural resources got ruined and killed… EXCUSE MY LANGUAGE…
I am not inventing something new.. searching the net, there are lots of ways other then the traditional system.. like “homeschooling”, “alternative schooling”, “unschooling”, “life learning” … what I am trying to do is put my dream motivated by those foriegn trends and experiences.. and see what is best to do within our Egyptian culture…. OR INVENT A NEW CULTURE OF MY OWN…. OR GO FOR “UNSCHOOLING” if that’s the only way to keep my children sane….
I was so much hurt from our system that at ‘thanaweya amma’ after 14 years being a student at one girls’ school.. I almost believed that I will either fail, or succeed yet keep stuck at the same school and system or die!!!!! That was my vision of my way out of it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Can’t wait to see my dream coming true..
